TimePilot Extreme Specifications and System Requirements

Timeclock:

  • Weather resistant, power-coated black cast aluminium housing
  • Metal mounting plate fixes timeclock to wall; latch for padlock keeps it there

TimePilot Standard Specifications and System Requirements

LCD Display:

  • 2 Lines x 16 alphanumeric characters
  • Current date & time from PC displayed when station is idle.
  • Employee’s name, last transaction date, time in & time out status displayed when IN, OUT, ON SITE or OFF SITE buttons are depressed.

Methods for clocking in/out:

  • Momentary touch of iButton to reader followed by pressing IN or OUT.
  • Enter employee ID number via keypad followed by pressing IN or OUT (only when keypad is enabled).
  • Momentary rouch of iButton to reader AND entry of employee 4-digit PIN followed by pressing IN or OUT (most secure but “PIN Number Security must be enabled at the PC).

Multiple Station Capability:

  • Multiple timeclocks can be connected to different PCs in the same network and share the same database.
  • TimePilot Extreme (weatherproof and wireless time and attendance system) and TimePilot PC (software based time and attendance system) can be configured to work with TimePilot Standard on the same network to provide several options for clocking in and out.

Station-to-Station and Station-to-PC Cable:

  • 2 pair Category 3, 24 gauge cable
  • Cable does not need to be run in conduit.
  • 4,000 foot maximum total cable length per network.

Noise Immunity:

  • Erroneous data is detected and rejected at both the system PC and the TimePilot station.

Power Requirements:

  • Unregulated 12-14 VDC @ 40 ma per station. Normally obtained from wall plug-in adaptor located at the system PC.
  • For very long network cable runs, several 12-14 VDC power sources can be connected to network cable at several locations.

TimePilot PC Specifications and System Requirements

Display (PC screen):

  • Current date and time displayed when station is idle.
  • Employee’s name, transaction date, time and accumulated hours are displayed when an employee clocks in or out.
  • Messenging capability

Methods For Clocking In/Out:

  • Enter employee ID number via computer keyboard, then tap the “+” key to clock in or tap the “-” key to clock out. To indicate going OFF SITE, tap the “End” key on the keyboard. To indicate ON SITE, tap the “Home” key.
  • Enter employee ID number by using mouse to click keypad on image of time clock on computer screen. Then click “In” or “Out” button.
  • Momentary touch of optional iButton to optional Blue Dot Receptor followed by tapping the “+” key to clock in or the “-” key to clock out. To indicate going OFF SITE tap the “End” key on the keyboard. To indicate ON SITE, tap the “Home” key.
  • Snapping optional iButton into optional Blue Dot Receptor to clock in and removing it to clock out.
  • Placing finger on optional Biometric Fingerprint Reader to clock in or out.

Software Features:

  • Displays who’s in or out in real time.
  • Transactions can be quickly and easily edited by administrator.
  • Access to transactions and system setup is secured by password.
  • Automatically calculates overtime.
  • Multiple overtime policies can be established.
  • Automatic holiday insertion.
  • Timeclock transactions can be output in several different file formats.
  • Multiple employers can be set up and processed separately.
