Any credit card information you may provide us will be used for payment processing only and shall not be retained in a database or elsewhere for any purpose other than billing for a purchase.

Return Policy

Important:

All returns must have a Beyond If™ Solutions issued Return Goods Authorization (RGA) clearly displayed on the outside of the package or the package will be returned to you. Call 708-448-5177 or email for an RGA.

FOR NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:

Products purchased from Beyond If™ Solutions which have not been opened and are in their original, undamaged packaging are eligibile for replacement or full refund within 30 days of purchase date. We will not accept returns after 30 days.

Open package returns may be returned within 10 days of purchase date and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

The customer will be responsibile for shipping charges and should insure package for the full replacement cost. Beyond If™ Solutions will not be responsibile for lost or damaged packages.
